Investigation over conjugal visit between prostitutes and convicts is over

The preliminary investigation over the case of illegal visits of prostitutes with convicts has come to an end.

Special Investigation Service had provided a clarification to “Agenda”, which reads – Deputy Head of “Hospital of Convicts” and the person in charge of Duty Staff, have violated the law by allowing 3 convicts to have conjugal visits with three prostitutes.

One of the convicts was diagnosed with AIDS. Deputy Head of the “Hospital of Convicts” Penitentiary has been arrested. Based on Article over “Abuse of official position”, both officials are subject to 4-year imprisonment.
