Dozens of journalists arrested in Istanbul
Journalists are again in the spotlight of Turkish authorities. Thirty-five journalists have been arrested in Istanbul. The accusation is the same: through a secret system, they helped Gülen’s terrorism. The editor-in chief of Birgün magazine Burak Ekici is also among the arrested journalists. Birgün, whose columnists included Hrant Dink, is one of the opposition newspapers of Turkey.
