New encyclopedia: Armenian officers in May battles
The new encyclopedia will tell about the heroic deeds of Armenian officers in May battles. Archive documents preserve how a century ago Armenian soldiers fought against the enemy. According to the director of National Archive Amatuni Virabyan, the documents concern about 3000 officers, who were later executed or exiled. Another two books dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the First Republic are in print. One of them will tell about the role the Holy See played during World War I. A book dedicated to the Caucasus Front will be published in Moscow.
